Step 1: password and phone number

The user does not have to use the password he uses on other application or website in Cyogere app. It is recommended to create a completely new password.

Make sure you log off from Cyogere App f you are not using it. Because, it will remember your account even if you remove it from the back stack of your application. This will help protect your password from anyone who might accidentally access your phone without your permission. However, Cyogere app will never allow someone to delete your product or change the picture of your product without re-entering the username and password even though you might be already logged in.

Change your password at least every 3 months. This will not affect the visibility of your account or your product.

By starting to sell your products on Cyogere App, you give Cyogere Ltd the permission to let the buyers view your phone number. Thus, it’s better to use a business number rather than a private number.

Step 2: Data tempering

Any attempt to enter wrong caracters such as:

1. Dash(es) (-)
2. Apostrophes (‘) where they are not needed
3. Semi colon (;)
4. And other characters used in SQL injection as well as any other malicious attach

will result in your exposing your phone to Cyogere so that our engineers can track you and possibly start a legal procedure.

All deliberate malicious attack are punishable according to the law of every respective country.

Step 3: Copyright

Try to model your business by copying the Cyogere App business model by any may result in Cyogere LTD suing you.

Step 4: Buying and selling

Cyogere App makes it easy for people to find the customers of their products or services. Thus, it is the responsibility of the user to make sure he is not being scammed. Since, all the conversation and interaction regarding a particular product are held between two people and Cyogere Ltd does not track people’s conversation.

If you ever encounter any scam on Cyogere App, please inform us as soon as possible through info@cyogere.com so that we can help you to trace that person or you can inform the police station near by you.
